REQUEST FOR FUNDING FOR LAND ACQUISITION FOR CHURCH BUILDING
Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
This letter serves to request for a donation towards our fundraising efforts to purchase a portion of land to build the Worship Sanctuary for Ancient of Days Ministries.
Ancient of Days Ministries (ADM) is a registered Church in South Africa based in Johannesburg. It is a deliverance ministry, which restores the God given destiny of every individual and bring people into the knowledge of God’s saving power through the Lord Jesus Christ. ADM was established in 2017 under the leadership of Rev George Aboagye and has seen tremendous growth in numbers and restoration of people’s destinies through God’s power. For the past six (6) years ADM has been based at Kensington Secondary School and the hall can no longer accommodate the number of congregants. The ministry has also been hampered in offering the full spectrum of community services as access to the school can only be outside of school hours which is mostly on Sundays. Our mandate to bring God into the lives of people is limited as counselling cannot be offered daily and especially for those people who are undergoing deliverance from demonic oppression.
The request for support towards acquisition of land will extend our efforts to obey God and provide spiritual anchor for people. Our own premises will allow the Spirit of God to be manifested fully in people and communities surrounding the sanctuary. Our young people are also a category of people needing special attention as they grapple with challenges of growing up and finding themselves. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go [and in keeping with his individual gift or bent], and when he is old, he will not depart from it (Amplified version). Our youth programs cannot be realized in our current premises and limits the impact the Word has on the lives of our young people.
The leadership has secured a portion of land in Midrand Johannesburg, South Africa that can accommodate the Main Auditorium, Youth Chapel and Sunday School Hall, administration offices, bookstore and a café, sports facilities at a cost of R5 500 000, 00. Your minimum contribution will go a long way to realizing our fundraising effort for a deposit of R1 500 000,00. You are welcome to deposit your contribution into the following account:
